How can we help?
Help for teams running AI Ambassador, for guests who received a message from an assistant, and for using AI Ambassador from ChatGPT.

Email hi@ai-ambassador.xyz. To help us answer in one reply, include:
- your organization name;
- the assistant's name, if it is about one assistant;
- the channel involved, such as WhatsApp or SMS; and
- what happened, and roughly when.
Please do not send guest phone numbers or other personal data unless we ask for it.
Received a message from an AI Ambassador assistant?
Hotels, vacation rentals, venues, event organizers and nonprofits use AI Ambassador to message their guests, attendees and supporters.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP. You will get a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP to any message.
- About your booking, stay or event, contact the property or organizer directly. They run the assistant and manage your reservation.

Using AI Ambassador from ChatGPT
You can manage your AI Ambassador assistants from ChatGPT: ask about guest conversations, check-in numbers and survey results, update an assistant's knowledge and settings, or create a new assistant.
Connecting
- Add AI Ambassador from the ChatGPT directory.
- Sign in with your AI Ambassador account when asked. You must be an administrator of the organization you connect.
- Choose the organization and the permissions to grant, then select Allow.
What a connection can and cannot do
- It acts only within the organization and the permissions you approved.
- Guest phone numbers are always masked.
- It cannot send messages to guests or attach phone numbers.
- ChatGPT asks for your confirmation before any change, such as adding knowledge or updating an assistant.
Disconnecting
In AI Ambassador, open Settings → Agent Keys and revoke the connection (it is listed as “MCP:” followed by the application's name). Access ends immediately. To use it again, reconnect from ChatGPT.
Troubleshooting
- Asked to sign in again
- The connection was revoked or has expired. Reconnect and approve it again.
- “Only an Admin of this organization can approve connections”
- Ask an administrator of the organization to connect, or to make you one.
- An action is refused
- The connection may not hold that permission. Disconnect and reconnect, granting the permission you need.
