Help Guideline: Setting Up and Importing Property Information for Your Assistant

Step-by-step guide to integrate property info from Hostaway, Hospitable, or Guesty and map it to your assistant.

Steps to Import Property Information and Map to Assistant

Step 1: Click on "Import Assistant"

• Action: On the dashboard, click the "Import Assistant" button.
• Result: A pop-up window will appear with an option to add a new partner key.

Step 2: Add New Partner Key

• Action: Click on "Add New Partner Key".
• Result: You will be redirected to the "Settings" > "Partner API Keys" section.

Step 3: Select PMS Channel

Choose one of the following channels for integration:

For Hostaway:

1. Action: Select Hostaway.
2. Details to Fill:
   • Access Token: Enter your Hostaway access token.
   • Token Permissions: Check Read and Write boxes.
3. Action: After filling in the details, click Save.
4. Result: Properties linked to the Hostaway account will be connected to Msg2Ai.

For Hospitable:

1. Action: Select Hospitable.
2. Details to Fill:
   • Access Token: Enter your Access Token from Hospitable.
   • Token Permissions: Check Read and Write boxes.
3. Action: Click Save to save the settings.

For Guesty:

1. Action: Select Guesty.
2. Details to Fill:
   • Client ID: Enter your Client ID from Guesty.
   • Client Secret: Enter your Client Secret from Guesty.
   • Token Permissions: Check Read and Write boxes.
3. Action: Click Save to save the details.

Step 4: Property Selection in Import Assistant

• Action: Once the API key for your preferred channel (Hostaway, Hospitable, or Guesty) is set up, the associated properties will appear in the Import Assistant drop-down.
• Action: Select the property for which you want to create the assistant.

Step 5: Create Assistant in Draft Form

• Action: After selecting the property, click Save.
• Result: The assistant will be created in Draft form.

Step 6: Complete the Draft Assistant

• Action: Open the draft assistant and complete the necessary details for the assistant setup.

Step 7: Activate the Billing Plan

• Action: Once the draft assistant is completed, activate the billing plan to finalize the setup.
