Onboarding Process Guide
Onboarding Guide: Sign in, enter info, verify email/phone, select AI assistant, and complete setup to access platform features!

1. Sign-in Page
Purpose:
This is the entry point to the platform, allowing you to authenticate yourself before accessing your account. By logging in, we ensure that only authorized users can access the features and services.
Fields:
- Email Address: Your primary email to create or log in to an account. We use this for communication and account recovery.
- Sign-in Options (GitHub/Phone): Alternative ways to authenticate your account, offering convenience and flexibility.
2. Personal Information Entry
Purpose:
Collecting personal information helps us personalize your experience and ensure that the platform can meet your specific needs. This information also supports identity verification and smooth communication.
Fields:
- First Name & Last Name: Your legal name, used for identification purposes within the platform and in any communication.
- Street: The primary address line for your residence. This can be useful if certain services are location-specific.
- City: Your city, helps us understand your geographical area for any location-based settings.
- Country: Defines your country of residence, important for tailoring language, currency, and regional features.
- Zip Code: A zip code associated with your address, providing more precise location details if needed.
3. Business Information Entry
Purpose:
This step gathers details for users who are setting up a business-related account. The business information ensures that our services align with your business needs, especially if your assistant will serve professional or enterprise purposes.
Fields:
- Business/Concept Name: This unique name represents your business or project, helping us and other users identify your business on the platform.
- Use Personal Address for Business (Checkbox): An option for those who want to apply the same address as entered in the personal information section, saving time and simplifying the setup process.
- Country: The country where your business is registered or operates, used for compliance with regional regulations.
- Street, City, Zip Code: Address fields that detail your business location, helpful for specific business use cases where geographic targeting or localization is needed.
4. Email Verification
Purpose:
Email verification adds a layer of security by confirming that you have access to the provided email address. This step protects your account from unauthorized access and ensures that critical communication reaches you.
Fields:
- Email: Shows the email you are verifying. If incorrect, users may return to the previous step to correct it.
- Verification Code: A unique code is sent to your email. By entering this code, you confirm ownership of the email address.
5. Phone Verification
Purpose:
Similar to email verification, phone verification adds another layer of security. It also facilitates communication through SMS or phone calls if necessary.
Fields:
- Phone Number: The contact number you provided, is displayed here for verification. If incorrect, you may go back to correct it.
- Verification Code: A unique SMS code is sent to your phone. Inputting this code validates your phone number, ensuring that you can receive communication when needed.
6. Assistant Selection
Purpose:
This step allows you to choose the type of AI assistant that best suits your needs. The selection process customizes the assistant's functionalities to your particular use case.
Options:
Conference / Event Assistant
Enhance your event by providing attendees with real-time information, recommendations, and easy interaction, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Concierge Assistant (Hotel, Rental Property)
Assist guests with personalized services, info on vacation or hotel amenities, and concierge-level support, providing an enhanced and smooth experience for hotel or vacation property guests.
Product / Services Assistant
Create an AI Assistant that integrates seamlessly with your application databases, systems, and functions through API access, all while adhering to strict authorization rules set by identity providers. Provide your customers with quick answers to their questions without the need to log into websites or apps, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience.
Hackathon
Create a versatile AI assistant for any use case, tailored to your specific needs. The AI assistant will be connected to a Number and Text Messaging service to help streamline your service with ease and efficiency.
Voice Assistant (Experimental)
Create a voice assistant. This is an experimental feature and may not work as expected.
Product Service Chatbot API Assistant
Create an AI Assistant with Product Service API Chatbot.
7. Completion Page
Purpose:
This final confirmation page lets you know that the onboarding process has been completed, and you're now ready to use the platform.
Fields:
- Confirmation Message: A celebratory "Thank You" message that reassures you of the successful setup.
- Go to Dashboard: A button that directs you to the main dashboard where you can start using the platform's features.

- Security and Privacy: All the information you provide is securely stored and used only to enhance your experience on the platform. Your data privacy is our top priority.
- Verification Steps: Both email and phone verification are crucial to ensure that only genuine users access the platform. This security measure protects you and others from unauthorized use.
- Personalization and Customization: The details you enter allow us to customize your assistant to meet your specific needs, making your experience seamless and efficient.
